Where's your Vape Mail?

Are you dying to find out where that beloved bottle of flavor filled eJuice is that you ordered? You know it is out in this world somewhere, but you are anxious for its arrival to your mailbox. Don't worry, we've got you covered! You can track your precious "Vape Mail" right through eJuices.com. 

Step 1: Round up your order number and account email address

Your order number can be found after you place your order through the confirmation email we sent you. If you can't find the email, make sure to check your junk or spam folder. Also, we are always here to help so feel free to contact our customer service department if you are having trouble. 

Step 2: Locate the 'Track' button 

If you are using a desktop computer, the 'Track' button will be located in the right-hand side of our homepage menu. 

If you are using a smartphone or are on a mobile device, in the upper left-hand side of your screen you will see three horizontal lines. Tap on that and in the dropdown menu you will see the 'Track' button.

Step 3: Input your information

On this page you will be asked to input your order number and your email address. This is so we can find the order you are searching for. 

Step 4: We found it!

Now that we have found your order, you are able to see exactly where that cherished "Vape Mail" is and a rough estimate of how long it is going to take to get to you. Although we work extremely hard on getting your order out the door, don't forget to be patient! We guesstimate that your order will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
