1 in 5 not working

I’ve purchased the 5 pack of Quasar OS2500 a couple of times now and 1 in 5 won’t work. I contacted the company but they said I needed to try everyone out prior to 7 days not possible since I order 10 at a time, so they won’t replace the ones that don’t work. I am now going to try a different brand. Quasar not worth the money. Company should have a 30 day guarantee.
